Arrive at Farway or Beer, pitch tent or check in to your accommodation. 7pm meet at The Anchor Inn (in Beer) beer garden for food & drinks. Drinks and food on your own account.
Saturday 9th September.
10.45 am Coach for campers to Beer
12 pm Start of the A-B-C Hash run from The Anchor, Beer. There will be transport to take your bags and any cripples to B and C. You will not be brought back to Beer until 8pm so see below for taxi numbers.
1 to 1.45 pm Picnic style lunch at B.
1.45 pm B to C trail including somewhere a pick-up for stragglers.
4.30 pm Circle
6 pm Makan Roti. There is a grazing field next to C for vegetarians. We cannot cater for others with eating or drinking disorders – make allowances if you are such a person.
8 pm First coach back to Beer or if you prefer to get back earlier, then Seaton Taxis have 4/6/8 seaters. Tel: 01297-24666.
9.00 pm Last coach back to Beer.
Sunday 10th September.
10 am’ish Coach from Beer to campsite. It is hoped that those leaving today will also be able to give some a lift to the campsite.
11 am A to A trail.
1 pm Circle
2 pm BBQ
4 pm First coach back to Beer.
5 pm Last coach back to Beer. Keep drinking and stay another night, or piss off home.
Camping at Farway Village Hall, EX24 6EQ for £2 per person per night. The Village Hall will be available from 12 noon on the Friday until 12 noon on the Monday. You may of course arrive and depart outside of these times but you will not have access to the hall. There is a kitchen and toilets but no showers.

Although most of the Hotels in Beer are now booked there may be a spare room at the Anchor or the Dolphin due to cancellations or you may find a bed by doing a Google search. There is a YHA and Caravan park in Beer.
Nearest rail station to Beer is Axminster. Then local bus or taxi.

There are currently 46 registered who have all paid. If you haven’t paid you’re not registered! Cost is £50 per person regardless of race, religion, or eating/drinking disorders. Under 18s are free. Late Registrations are possible but will only be noted when money is transferred to the IndoNostalgia Bank Account or a cheque is sent to Jetstream. The venue and main accommodation will be http://www.shetlandvisitor.com/the-decca-apartments. All apartments have been block booked for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights and allocated to those who were first to register. There is a non-returnable deposit of 20% required to reserve a bed/room. All rooms are now taken but there is ample accommodation in Lerwick, just a mile or so from The Decca.
If you would like to be on the waiting list for a room at The Decca, please let Jetstream know. If you’d like to stay longer at the Decca it would be best to co-ordinate this through Jetstream as their website will not accept bookings of less than 2 nights.
You can fly from Aberdeen, Inverness, Edinburgh or Glasgow. There is an overnight ferry with a range of options for “sleeping”, with costs depending on your choice. We will share travel arrangements nearer the time as it is too early to make bookings.
Cost is £50 per person regardless of race, religion, or eating/drinking disorders. Under 16s are free.
