This is a popular holiday destination all year round so time to start thinking about your accommodation options and getting your weekend booked.
This run will be based in South Cerney, right in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. There is so much to do and see so be sure to make a long weekend of it.
The Hares haven’t decided exactly where the runs sre going to start as they need to speak to a couple of the venues but the accommodation recommendations will be within a mile of it.
Friday 12th October
Arrive/check in at your accommodation
Meet 8pm at the Eliot Pub in South Cerney village, for drinks and dinner on guests own account. Food served until 21.00 hrs so arrive in good time or make alternative arrangements.
There are three good pubs within stumbling distance of each other in case anyone wishes to make a night of it.

Saturday 13th October
11:00 Convene at The George (across the road from The Eliot Inn) for light sandwich lunch
12.00/12.30 Run starts followed by circle. Hang around or return to accommodation for a kip. 17.30 Dinner at The Lakeside Brasserie (15 minute walk from The George), Spring Lakes, Station Road, Cirencester, GU7 5TH. www.lakeside-bar.co.uk
11:00 Meet at The George for hangover run at 11.30, followed by late lunch and circle.
Afternoon opportunity for seeing the sights or water sports and activities at the Cotswold Country Park and Beach.
19:00 Those staying until Monday to meet for dinner at the Four Pillars Restaurant for food on their own account.
All the below will be within 1 mile of the run start.

There are 7 en-suite rooms currently available for the weekend. Two doubles, two twin and three suites. The Penguin and Bear are booked in.

The Cotswold Water Park New England Style Lodges.

These can be booked on Spring Lake, Isis & Windrush lakes and for those looking to splurge on the Waters Edge.

The majority are staying here as it appears to be the best value for money. Let Jetstream know if you’re looking for sharers and he will circulate details.

Cost is £50 per person regardless of race, religion, or eating/drinking disorders. This includes all food and drink from mid-day on Saturday to Sunday afternoon, but not accommodation. Under 16s are free. Registrations will only be noted when money is transferred to the IndoNostalgia Bank Account or a cheque is sent to Jetstream. Email him at the address on the home page for bank details or his address. Exceptions will be made for foreign based exiles who do not have a UK bank account.
